Thank you to all who supported Team PHenomenal Hope during The Phenomenal Mile this weekend. In one day groups in 30 states and Puerto Rico registered to support Team PHenomenal Hope in The Phenomenal Mile.

What’s next for our group?
We’re gearing up for Race Across America in June. There is lots of prep work to do between now and then. We’ve got training to do, sponsors to work with, and plenty of other fundraising and campaign awareness activities to keep up with.
We’re also constantly working to help support the patients that we work with on a daily basis, supporting treatment and care for patients with pulmonary hypertension.
Pulmonary Hypertension is high blood pressure, but not the type you ordinarily associate with high blood pressure. PH results in high blood pressure in the arteries of the lungs, which can lead to complications including heart failure. Many organizations are working toward research and a cure for pulmonary hypertension including the Pulmonary Hypertension Association.
If you or someone that you love is affected by PH don’t lose hope. Know that there are hundreds of dedicated professionals working daily to find a cure for PH. In the meantime we march on … on foot, on bicycles and in hope.
